Biotage® PRESSURE+ Positive Pressure for Smarter Sample Prep
Biotage PRESSURE+는 질소가스의 양압(Positive Pressure)을 이용하여 96 well plate와 1mL, 3mL, 6mL SPE Column(카트리지)을 통해 시료를 밀어내는 형태로 작동되는 반자동 양압 SPE 전처리 장비입니다.
특징
- 질소가스를 이용해서 SPE Column(카트리지) 위에서 아래로 양압(Positive Pressure)을 이용하여 시료와 용매를 밀어주는 방식으로 유속을 일정하게 유지할 수 있어, SPE Column내의 Sorbent와 시료, 용매간의 반응 시간을 일정하게 유지 가능
- 양압을 이용하여 점성 시료를 사용하는 경우에도 높은 재현성, 정확성 및 추출 효율 향상
- 샘플 처리량 향상을 위한 병렬 처리
- Pressure Controller 2개를 이용해 미세한 압력 조절 가능
- 가스 공급만으로 설치 및 사용이 간편
- 96-Well plate 및 1mL, 3mL, 6mL SPE컬럼 모두 사용 가능
- 내장된 안전 기능으로 사용 편의성과 안전한 작동 보장 (100psi까지 조절 가능)
